Meow Wolf's plans don't come close to the scale of the Denver Housing Authority's plans for Sun Valley. The first two construction phases of the DHA's $240 million investment in the neighborhood are expected to begin later this year. (Denverite)

Local law enforcement agencies are wondering if they need to do more to protect officers. Two Colorado sheriff's deputies have been killed in shootings since Dec. 31, despite the fact that they were wearing body armor. (DP)

The Rayback Collective — Boulder's first permanent beer garden and food truck park — wants to make a move in Denver. They're teaming up with Movement rock climbing gym on a 50,000-square-foot space in RiNo that will be called Improper City. (303)
Just the other day, someone fairly new to the city was asking me where the nightclubs are. It's a short list, but soon it'll have a new addition. The three-story, Cuban food-serving Miami Vibez is coming to Market Street this spring. (Eater)
