As the Jacquard Hotel & Rooftop nears completion, we’ve learned what restaurant will occupy the ground floor at 222 Milwaukee St.
It’s called Narrative, and it’ll join the ranks of Denver’s modern American restaurants sometime this summer.
The kitchen will be headed up by Paul Nagan, the award-winning chef most recently of range, and it’ll be turning out “familiar dishes with distinct regional and global flavors,” according to a press release.
“The menu will incorporate ingredients at the peak of their season; we will source the highest quality produce, humanely raised all-natural meats and sustainable seafood from ranchers, farmers and purveyors,” Nagan said in a statement. “Our ingredients will be fused with globally-inspired flavors, creating an approachable menu designed to be satisfying, no matter the meal.”
The 3,000-square foot space has 18-foot floor-to-ceiling windows and, according to the press release, a lot of marble. It’ll have two private dining rooms — one of which will have windows into the kitchen.
Narrative’s hours will be 6:30 a.m. to close Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to close Saturday and Sunday.
