The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is doing a range of maintenance on its rail lines that will disrupt or alter service on multiple lines from April through October.

The transit agency said in a statement that crews will be doing maintenance and repairs to caps on the top of retaining walls on the Southeast Rail Line that runs along Interstate 25 starting just south of Broadway down to Lincoln Station in Lone Tree.

Here's what to expect beginning April 2 :

E Line trains will run south every 15 minutes from Union Station, alternating destinations between RidgeGate Parkway and Southmoor. Northbound E Line trains will depart Southmoor every 15 minutes and RidgeGate Parkway every 30 minutes.

There will be no overnight service from 11 p.m. until 5 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays on the E Line. The H line will see similar disruptions later in the spring.

RTD is also suspending service on the southbound R Line between Lincoln and Florida.

Service will continue as normal on the R between Peoria, where riders can transfer to the A Line, and Florida.

RTD also plans to suspend service on part of the L Line along Welton St. as part of a different maintenance project. That was originally planned for the spring, but has been postponed, likely until the fall.

You can find updated schedules for the E Line here, and for the R Line here.
