Obed is Denverite’s editor. A native of Mexico, he grew up in Oak Cliff, the best neighborhood in Dallas, Texas. He moved to Colorado in 2021 to work at Colorado Public Radio as an audience editor. He has always strived to tell stories that center immigrants and other communities that are too often ignored.
When he’s not editing stories from the fabulous Denverite crew, you can find him looking for good tacos, good coffee and good conversation. Feel free to reach out to him if you have a tip or story idea.
