Spotty rain and possibly hail on the Front Range for June 1

It might rain in the morning and it might rain in the afternoon, according to the National Weather Service. In fact, the chance of rain around Denver is about 30 percent throughout today. Some spots could see a heavy downpour or a thunderstorm, with a chance of small hail.

Thursday should be nicer: A high of 81 degrees, sunny and a gentle breeze on the plains, the NWS predicts. But that is tomorrow, and you should live for today.
