Why go on a massive bar crawl, to Tennyson Street businesses or the county fair to catch Pokemon when you could just never leave your house?
Yes, in addition to more traditional amenities like a pool and dog park, Stone Canyon Apartments has a pokestop and gym for players to battle nearby.
Stone Canyon isn’t even the only Denver real estate listing mentioning Pokemon Go, the monstrously popular app. But it is the only listing that seemed to have the bona fides that an actual player would want:

Stone Canyon Apartments has a Pokemon GO Gym and Poke Stop!!
“We just thought it was a genius marketing idea,” said Stone Canyon Apartments Community Manager Rosio Rangel. “We noticed people from Planet Fitness coming across the street and hanging out. Probably like 20 or 25 in a day.”
Rangel did not say whether the strategy has yet yielded results, nor which Pokemon appear in the area. Some enterprising renter should get on that and report back to me.
