Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump will hold two rallies in Colorado on Friday, one in Colorado Springs and the other in Denver.
Trump promised we’d see more of him during an appearance at the Western Conservative Summit earlier this month. He couldn’t fill the main ballroom at the Denver Convention Center, but then again, day passes to the summit were $120.
Friday’s events are Trump rallies. He’s scheduled for 2 p.m. in Colorado Springs and 7 p.m. in Denver, where he’ll appear at the Wings over the Rockies Air & Space Museum.
If that sounds like a good way to spend your Friday night, you can get tickets here.
Trump’s visit comes on the heels of the Democratic National Convention, which concludes tonight.
Hillary Clinton seems confident in Colorado, having pulled her TV ads for the time being, and FiveThirtyEight’s election forecast puts Clinton’s chances of winning Colorado at 61 percent.
That’s a lot more comfortable than her chances of winning nationwide, which FiveThirtyEight currently puts at 52.6 percent.
However, Republicans are taking hope in the discontent of supporters of Bernie Sanders and see Colorado as a state still up for grabs.
