Denver City Council proceedings got a little shaken up this evening as Councilman Paul Kashmann introduced what became a unanimously-passed proclamation to honor Jesse Quintana, the 8 year old who brought home the National Small Fry Championship title from the National Oldtime Fiddlers' Contest & Festival last June.
