The 50-year-old law firm, Dufford & Brown P.C., has ceased operations.

The firm, with more than 20 attorneys, provided counsel in energy, real estate and corporate law. This announcement appeared on their website:

“Sadly, August 15, 2016 was the last business day for Dufford & Brown. However, all of our former attorneys will continue to offer the services you have relied upon at their new firms. We will be communicating directly with all of our present and former clients on the administrative matters relating to the firm’s closure and invite you to contact us with any questions you may have.”

Seven former Dufford & Brown attorneys will move to Polsinelli, with others going to Sherman & Howard, Nixon Shefrin Hensen Ogburn and the rest to four other Denver-area law firms.
