Denver Police are investigating a traffic incident this morning involving two cars and one or more pedestrians.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, near 56th Avenue and Peña Boulevard. Another was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, according to police.
Police didn't immediately publicize more details of the crash, but they did say that two pedestrians may have been involved.
ABC 7 is reporting that there are actually two people dead. The station reports that one person was struck after exiting their car to approach another vehicle, and that a second person was struck after going to help the first person.
