The newly formed hospitality giant in charge of hotels and resorts around the world has been dubbed Two Roads Hospitality, the company announced Monday.
Two Roads Hospitality was created earlier this year after Denver-based Destination Hotels got into bed with San Francisco-based Commune Hotels and Resorts. The new company is headquartered in Denver and has offices in San Francisco, New York, Singapore and Shanghai.
With an expected $2 billion in annual revenues, "Two Roads Hospitality is poised to be the leading operator of independent, boutique and lifestyle hotels with more than 95 properties in eight countries," the company said in a release.
Two Roads Hospitality is looking to add more hotels to its portfolio both domestically and internationally. The company owned by two California investment firms has eight properties in Colorado including The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center in Englewood.
Former Destination Hotels president Jamie Sabatier has been named CEO of Two Roads Hospitality alongside the former Commune Hotels and Resorts CEO, Niki Leondakis.
