Changes might be coming to your bus or light-rail line starting Sunday.

The Regional Transportation District has made changes to more than two dozen routes. It's also added one route and discontinued another.

Because of construction by Union Station, the MallRide will no longer turn around at Chestnut Place near the light-rail platform. Instead, the free shuttle will pick up and drop off riders at Chestnut and 17th Street, continue on to 17th Street, turn right on Wewatta and get back on the 16th Street Mall from there.

Bus Route 62 will begin making trips on Sunday, offering service between Central Park Station to 60th Avenue and Dahlia Street, traveling Central Park Boulevard to 56th Avenue to Quebec Street to 60th Avenue. It will run every 30 minutes from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on weekdays, and hourly during those hours on Saturdays. It will also provide special service on Colorado Rapids game days.

Route 116L, running from the Ken Caryl Park-n-Ride to Federal Center Station, is being discontinued due to low ridership.

There are also a number of scheduling changes going into effect Sunday.

Local and limited route changes: 6, 15, 15L, 40, 44, 62, 72W, 116L, 130, 131, 169L, 205/205T, 324, 327.
