In last night's loss against the Los Angeles Lakers, the Denver Nuggets played their second straight game without rising Serbian star Nikola Jokic, who has a strained hip flexor. Jokic did light work in practice, and Malone calls him day-to-day. Jusuf Nurkic struggled as the starting center, going 0 for 7 in 12 minutes of play.
The Nuggets take on the Memphis Grizzlies tonight in Denver.
