RTD delay: D Line was partially closed due to accident near 24th and Welton, but it’s running now

RTD tweeted that an accident near 24th and Welton briefly closed the D Line north of 20th and Welton. Two minutes later, RTD said the accident was cleared and to expect only minor delays.
