Glazed & Confuzed Doughnuts is closing up shop at 5301 Leetsdale Drive and moving into Stanley Marketplace.
According to The Know, the official opening date is set for 4/20, because of course it is.
The new space at Stanley will give Glazed & Confuzed more space, and owner Josh Schwab told The Know that means more collaborations and new doughnuts every month. Among the things to come: corned beef kolaches made with Rosenberg’s Bagels and, maybe, a doughnut ice cream sandwich created with Sweet Cow.
A comment from the doughnut shop on Facebook says the landlords at the Washington Virginia Vale location didn’t want to negotiate a new contract with a break on rent, but that the owners will be looking for a new space in the area.
For now, the original shop is still open 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
