Biju’s Little Curry Shop opens a fourth location, its second in a Whole Foods
Hot tip: they’ll be serving samples all day.
A new location of Biju’s Little Curry Shop opens today and — hot tip — they’ll be serving samples all day.
The fast-casual, build-your-own-bowl Indian restaurant added its fourth location inside the Whole Foods Market at 7400 E. Hampden Ave. (just northwest of Cherry Creek State Park).
This is Biju’s second location attached to a Whole Foods — the other one is in Boulder — and it’s part of a trend of Whole Foods adding restaurants to its stores.
“Sharing our original South Indian-inspired recipes with Whole Foods guests is a dream come true for me,” Biju’s owner Biju Thomas said in a statement . “Our lighter fare is unique, it’s healthy and it’s perfect for on-the-go people who want to feel great after they eat.”
There are also Biju’s locations in RiNo, at 1441 26th St., and Berkeley, at 4279 Tennyson St.
Hours at the new location will be 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
