What are the odds they make them prepare Rocky Mountain Oysters?

Hey, someone else just discovered Colorado: Bravo is bringing “Top Chef” to Denver, Boulder and Telluride next season.

Entertainment Weekly broke the news today, and reports that host Padma Lakshmi along with judges Tom Colicchio, Gail Simmons and Graham Elliot will work this season.

“We are always on the hunt for the next great culinary destination and Colorado is fast becoming a hot spot for young chefs and foodies, making it an ideal backdrop for our upcoming season,” executive vice president for current production at Bravo Media Shari Levine said in a statement to EW.

There’s no information beyond that, so feel free to wildly speculate about where they might be filming.

Also: Do they bake on that show? Has anyone told them about baking at altitude? And what are the odds they make them prepare Rocky Mountain Oysters? I’m going with 99 percent.
