Celebrate the return of baseball season by printing Nolan Arenado’s face off and coloring it

Baseball is back in less than a week. On Monday, the Colorado Rockies open their season against the Brewers in Milwaukee.

If you're eagerly counting down the days, the Washington Post created a little something to help the time pass: facial illustrations of baseball's best players that you can print off and color.

The Post drew one player from each MLB team. Third baseman Nolan Arenado was their selection for the Colorado Rockies.

"We selected these players as the heart and soul of all 30 MLB clubhouses," the Post listed as its criteria for doing so.

Seems like a solid choice. Arenado is coming off back-to-back 40-home-run, 130-RBI seasons and is one of the best defensive players in the game.

Here's where you can find the illustration of his noggin. This is what I came up with.

If you decide to do your own, let me know how it turned out. Send it to me at [email protected] and I'll throw it in the weekly sports newsletter, which you can sign up for here.
