Good morning, campers. The high for today is a pleasant 69 degrees with mostly sunny skies. Not too windy, either –– and that’s kind of the formula for the next week, with temperatures expected to peak around 77 on Friday.

There’s a general possibility of rain and thunderstorms on Thursday through Monday. We’ve also got unseasonably warm temperatures, which will elevate the fire danger around northeastern Colorado.

There’s very little snow on the horizon for the mountains – just a smidge of a chance around April 18 to 20, with a greater probability around the end of the month, according to Joel Gratz of OpenSnow.
