Warmer weather had would-be homeowners feeling the heat. Seven percent more Denver home buyers paid over list price last week compared to the previous week.

Last week, 46 percent of the people who bought a home paid more than its asking price. The differences ranged from $33 extra to a full $100,000 more.

Here are the top five overbids of the last week.
