How did Nikola Jokic fit in this car?

Do you think his knees poke out the windows when he gets behind the wheel?

That’s the question I have after seeing Nikola Jokic towering over this green compact car that’s apparently called a Zastava.

Jokic and Nuggets strength and conditioning coach Steve Hess appear to be hanging out in Serbia, where the Nuggets’ star big man was born and raised. Hess posted a picture of him, Jokic and Jokic’s older brother Strahinja with the caption “Sombor Serbia Priceless!!! Blessed!!!” on Thursday.

Jokic has also posted on Instagram from Serbia. He fired this one off in the wee hours of the morning (if you’re on Mountain Time.)

I typed his caption into Google translate. Here’s what it read: “We invite all people to Sunday, 06/04/2017, come and attend exciting horse racing, which will take place at the Hippodrome KK “Vojvođanin” in Sombor 15 hours.”

Cruising around Serbia in a souped-up lawnmower and catching some horse racing. Not a bad way to spend your summer.
