Update (July 12): Finally, HashTAG is open for business. Hours are 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Update (July 6): HashTAG's opening has been pushed back again, with no official date just yet.
Update: The opening dates have been pushed back. Los Chingones will open on June 26 and HashTAG will open on July 7.
The last pieces of the Eastbridge Town Center are falling into place with the opening of HashTAG and Los Chingones in the coming weeks.
HashTAG -- Troy Guard's new breakfast joint -- will open on July 1, and the third outpost of Los Chingones (also a Guard restaurant) will open on June 24.
Guard recently shuttered two of his restaurants -- Sugarmill and Lucky Cat -- in order to focus on other projects like these. He's also expanding the RiNo location of Los Chingones into the former Sugarmill space.
The HashTAG (Get it? Hashes + TAG Restaurant Group?) and Los Chingones join wood-fired Italian restaurant Cattivella, The Kitchen's Next Door and the high-end American restaurant Concourse in the Stapleton center.
