Duc “Banh Mi Guy” Huynh became the latest business owner to sign on at Zeppelin Station, the office, retail and market space slated to open in River North later this year.
Huynh will open Dandy Lion Coffee inside the 20,000-square-foot market hall at Wazee and 35th streets.
“Dandy Lion Coffee will be our take on an all-day café serving coffee, pastries, specialty sodas and juices with a Vietnamese influence,” Huynh said in a press release. “The walk-up coffee bar will be the go-to spot for people headed to the train, working upstairs in Zeppelin Station and anyone who comes to the market hall to meet friends, get some work done and grab a bite to eat.”
This will be Huynh’s second spot inside Zeppelin Station. The other is a new location Vinh Xuong Bakery, of which there are already locations at 2370 W. Alameda Ave. and 375 S. Federal Blvd.
Dandy Lion and Vinh Xuong will be accompanied in the market by Au Feu, Aloha Poke Co. and Fior Gelato.
