Zeppelin Station announced today that the latest restaurant on board for its food market is Mister Oso, a Latin American street food concept from the team behind Bar Dough and Señor Bear.

“Mister Oso is intended to be playful, where El Pollo Bronco of Mexico meets Pardo’s Chicken of Peru meets the Pork Highway of Puerto Rico,” Blake Edmunds, executive chef of Mister Oso, said in a release. “Our tacos, sanguiches and quesadillas are meant to be walk-around food, which is a perfect fit at Zeppelin Station where guests will enjoy our savory Latin flavors while on the move, either roaming the market hall or hopping on the train.”

The food market is slated to open later this year. It will eventually be home to nine food and drink concepts, and has already signed on  Aloha Poke Co.Dandy Lion Coffee, Vinh Xuong Bakery, Au Feu and Fior Gelato.

For those keeping score at home, that’s six down, three to go.
