Our Mile High High Coffee Quest is down to four coffee shops — four caffeine slingers Denverites can’t live without.
Because you love them so dearly, we decided to take some time to get to know them a little better.
Your contender in the south: Corvus Coffee.
Where: 1740 S. Broadway, Platt Park
Who: Owned by Phil Goodlaxson
What and Why: Corvus Coffee Roasters was founded in 2010, and it opened up shop on South Broadway in 2012.
As a roaster, Corvus’ mission is to make its coffee sources highly visible. Its award-winning coffee is “hand-picked and processed with care from small farms around the world.”
In 2016, Corvus added a Denver Tech Center location at 4925 S. Newport St.
