Denver police tweeted this morning that they have arrested a juvenile male in connection with yesterday's shooting outside of DSST: Cole Middle School at 3200 Marion St. He's under investigation for aggravated assault, the tweet said.

The shooting happened just before 2 p.m., Police Chief Paul Pazen said yesterday. He identified the victim as a juvenile male, but he wouldn’t specify if he was a student. 9News reported yesterday that Denver Public Schools Superintendent Tom Boasberg said the victim is 13 or 14 years old.

The tweet this morning said that the victim remains in critical condition.
