I told friends early in the pandemic that we'd all emerge as amplified versions of ourselves based on whatever weird projects we took up. Some people made bread, some people wrote. I decided to bike all of Denver's 78 neighborhoods.
I love biking from place to place because it builds my mental map of Denver, and I better understand how we are and aren't connected.
I also love it because I see tons and tons of individual places. And now I want to know if you can guess where I was when I took the photo at the top of this post. (Victor Escobedo knows because he painted it, but don't ask him -- that's cheating.)
One correct response will be selected on Thursday to get a Denverite sticker. See you in the world! (And watch out for people on bikes, please!)
