129 new apartments and Craft Coworking will open a block from Denver’s Rossonian Hotel

An eight-story mixed use development with both retail and office space should open next spring at 2560 Welton Street, developers announced Friday.

Palisade Partners purchased the 105-year-old hotel at the tip of Welton and Washington streets earlier this month for $6 million.
