Chris Fleming, who spent one season on Mike Malone’s Denver Nuggets staff, has left for another assistant coaching job with the Brooklyn Nets, per a report from Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical.

Fleming will work under recently hired Nets head coach Kenny Atkinson. Fleming and Atkinson played college basketball together at Richmond.

The Nets went 21-61 last season. They don’t hold a first round pick in this year’s draft.

Fleming, a New Jersey native, has served as the head coach of the German national team since 2014.
