It looks like the Denver Nuggets’ young backcourt tandem of Emmanuel Mudiay and Gary Harris will get the chance to train with the USA Men’s National Team later this summer.

Mudiay and Harris were both named to the 25-man USA Select Team roster Tuesday. The USA Select Team — made up of college players who’ve declared for the NBA Draft all the way up to NBA players who’ve just completed their third season — will train alongside the USA Basketball Men’s Team July 18-21 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The competition is designed to help the national team prepare for the Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro in August.

Some of the notable players who’ll join Mudiay and Harris on the USA Select Team include: Devin Booker (Phoenix Suns), Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (Detroit Pistons), Brandon Ingram (Duke) and C.J. McCollum (Portland Trail Blazers).

The Spurs’ Greg Popovich will coach the USA Select Team.

The three-day event will allow Mudiay and Harris to compete against some of the best young talent the US has to offer.
