A familiar yet chilling scene played out at the intersection of 15th and Wynkoop streets on Tuesday afternoon: Dozens of people fled a downtown office building, hands raised, as police swarmed the area. A woman is in critical condition, and the suspected gunman is dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot. Our full story is available here.
