In less than two weeks, The Walnut Room on South Broadway will close its doors for good.

Owner John Burr decided not to renew the lease, the Denver Post reports. He said there was a slight increase, but that the closing was mainly driven by a decision to focus on the Walnut Street location.

The Chicago thin-crust pizza joint and bar on the corner of Ellsworth in Baker is one of two Walnut Room locations. The original is in RiNo at 3131 Walnut St.

The last day of business for the South Broadway spot is Sunday, Aug. 28.
