Enjoy beer, football, live music and southern cooking to benefit flood victims in Louisiana. Stoney’s Bar and Grill, 1111 Lincoln St., is hosting the fundraiser from 6 to 10 p.m.

The bar will be showing the Saints game at 6 p.m. and Blue Krewe will perform at 8 p.m. Wristbands at the door will cost $20 and get you a drink and all-you-can-eat gumbo, jambalaya and crawfish etoufe. They’ll also be selling raffle tickets for prizes. All proceeds go to the flood relief fund.


Local producer, singer and DJ CRL CRRLL and FASORlab are hosting a listening party from 7 to 10 p.m. at CRL CRRLL’s studio. They’ll be serving free Red Bull, Breckenridge Brewery beer and food from Buddha Bao.

Alpine Dog Brewing Company, 1505 Ogden St., is hosting a fundraiser for the National Smokejumpers Association from 5 to 10 p.m.

Starting at 7 p.m., there will be a rock-paper-scissors tournament with a $10 entry fee. The winner gets a package that includes a growler and T-Shirt. They’ll also have a donation jar out. All proceeds will go to the NSA, plus firefighters will get $1 off beer all night when they show their ID.


B-Side Thursdays is MCA Denver's summer rooftop music series, presenting the best up and coming Colorado bands and side projects of well-known Denver bands and musicians.

This week at the Museum of Contemporary Art, 1485 Delgany St., B-Side Thursdays presents Loanword and the Milk Blossoms. Get your weekly dose of local tunes from 6 to 8 p.m. on the museum’s rooftop.

As always, admission is free for members and $5 for non-members after 5 p.m. Space is limited, so arrive a little early.
