Rush appraisals costing $1,000 becoming more common, says DMAR

The wait for house appraisals has gotten so long that rush appraisals with “fees of around $1,000” are becoming common, says the Denver Metro Association of Realtors in their October trend report.

Some people have even paid fees as high as $3,000.
