Denver police search for suspect in fatal shooting of Quinasia Russell at the Airway Motel

DENVER (AP) — Authorities are investigating the fatal shooting of a pregnant woman at a Denver motel.

Officers had responded to reports of shots fired early Saturday to find 23-year-old Quinasia Russell wounded inside the motel room. She died at the scene.

Police have issued an arrested warrant for Brent Kelley, who is wanted on suspicion of first-degree murder.

Authorities are asking those with any information in the case to come forward.
