Head over to Denver Bicycle Café, 1308 E. 17th Ave., for a beer and cheese pairing lesson from 7 to 9 p.m.

Cheese expert Nate Cougill will walk you through the pairings of Whole Foods cheesing and Tommyknocker Brewery beer.

Tickets are $25.

Flea market meets gift exchange meets art meets conspiracies from 6 to 10 p.m. at Leon, 1112 E. 17th Ave.

See Jonathan Saiz's latest work, "The Deep End," while you do a little artsy holiday shopping. Bring tchotchkes and creations to the gallery with a tag that includes your name, a description and a price. Leon will help you sell it and you'll get all the profit.

Saiz will also be hosting his YOUtube Tuesday event tonight, so go prepared to dive into some conspiracy theories.

Denver Film Society is screening "Deconstructing the Beatles" this evening at the Sie Film Center, 2510 E. Colfax Ave.

The film looks at the Fab Four's performances and recording sessions to better understand how they created the White Album and why it was so influential.

Tickets are $10-12 and the movie starts at 7:30 p.m.

Can you guess the theme for tonight's edition of the Ratio Quiz Show?

Yep, it's "Star Wars."

By now, you're probably deeply immersed in that universe and well-practiced from all the other "Star Wars" trivia nights. You should be ready to take on a panel of experts.

As always, if the expert team wins, the audience gets crappy prizes. But if an audience team wins, everyone gets great prizes.

Sign up starts at 8 p.m. and the game starts at 8:30 p.m. It's free to play, and tonight, proceeds will be donated to Children's Hospital of Colorado as part of Ratio's 12 Days of Giving.
