Denver real estate listing prices aren't iron-clad rules – they're more like suggestions. If you need some inspiration to pay less for your new home, read on for the top five underbids last week in Denver.

About 41 percent of the people who bought a home paid less than its asking price between March 5 and 12. The differences ranged from $350 less than asking to a full $100,000 less.
