Good news, chicken finger fans: Raising Cane’s broke ground on its second of four metro Denver locations: 18200 Cottonwood Drive in Parker.

The Lousiana-based company announced last month that it would begin opening the suburban Denver restaurants, starting with one at 1108 Sgt. Jon Stiles Drive in Highlands Ranch.

The other two are coming to Centennial and Castle Rock, but the exact locations haven’t been made public yet.

They’ll be hiring 55-65 employees for the Parker restaurant in the coming months. I will be the company’s third location in Colorado. There’s already one open in Fort Collins.
