Just like smoke and fires, where there's an overbid, there's an underbid nearby. This week's underbids included two properties priced over $1 million, but also two homes in the very competitive under $400,000 range.
Last week, 29 percent of the people who bought a home in Denver paid less than its asking price. The differences ranged from $900 less to a full $232,000 under list price.

- Sold for $295,000, 7.8 percent under asking price
1421 Oneida Street #2, sold for $35,000 below list price
- 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1,319 square feet
- Sold for $315,000, 10 percent under asking price
2001 Lincoln Street #2524, sold for $232,000 below list price
- 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 3,315 square feet
- Sold for $1,768,000, 11.6 percent under asking price
4383 Winona Court, sold for $52,000 below list price
- 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 598 square feet
- Sold for $368,000, 12.4 percent under asking price
