Good morning. Denver is under an advisory for dense fog until 9 a.m. this morning. Drive slow and use your headlights, people.

Then it should warm up to 68 degrees later today, with a chance of afternoon thunderstorms, according to the National Weather Service.

Friday is looking pretty similar, and then it gets much warmer for the weekend. Saturday’s high is 79 degrees, followed by 71 on Sunday.

Another cold front and a storm are expected at the end of the weekend, possibly bringing a bit of snow to Denver on Sunday and Monday nights. The city might see its first hard freeze early next week, so you might want to winterize.
