The National Weather Forecast calls for an end to the real winter weather we've been having. The day starts out cold (apparently these kinds of changes don't just happen overnight), but conditions should be sunny and clear. We should climb above freezing before noon.

Overnight, the low will be around 25.
Thursday should also be sunny with a high near 50.
