Restaurants have been allowed to open in some capacity since we launched this bracket, but it’s fair to say they will look very different than they did pre-COVID-19.

Restaurants and bars are allowed to open to in-person dining, but they must follow strict guidelines like keeping tables six feet apart and limiting party size. Only one of the 417 restaurants and bars in Denver that applied for the city’s space-expansion program has been approved.

While we adjust to this new dining-out world, we’re reminiscing about the old one until we have it back. So tell us: Which Denver restaurant do you miss the most?

Vote in our bracket below (or use this link) and show your favorite restaurant some love!
