By Cassidy Ritter, Special to Denverite
Festivals and music are taking over Denver this weekend.
Fan Expo Denver will take over the convention center (read more about that here), and Outside Days will occur on the Auraria Campus (check out our full guide). Other local festivals include the Centennial Fine Art Festival and the 18th annual CinemaQ Film Festival.
As for live music, Morgan Wallen is in town, as is Michael Franti & Spearhead. Levitt Pavilion is hosting Brazilian Day and Colombian singer-songwriter Andrés Cepeda will perform at the Paramount Theatre.
There’s also the Putt Putt Bar Crawl at bars and restaurants around Sloan’s Lake, a Whiskey Throwdown + Doughnut Showdown at Denargo Market and the first People + Produce Farmers Market of the season at Belleview Station.
Whatever you do, make it a great weekend!
