Sept. 30 forecast: Colorado fall business as usual

Nothing to see here — just the usual warm temperatures and chance of storms.

Today, the National Weather Service says it’ll be mostly cloudy with a high around 78. There will be a 20 percent chance of isolated showers from 11 a.m. to noon and isolated thunderstorms after noon. That possibility will linger into the night, when the low will be near 52.

The NWS is expecting the same temperatures on Saturday, but we’ll get upgraded from mostly cloudy to mostly sunny and the chance of rain and storms goes down to 10 percent. And on Sunday, the clouds will clear up and leave us with all the sunshine and a high of 80.
