The Supreme Court is skeptical of a Colorado law:
Even after defendants have their criminal convictions overturned in Colorado, they have to file separate civil suits and prove their innocence in order to get fines and other money back. The U.S. Supreme Court justices were not particularly into that idea. Expect a ruling later. (NYT)
