Hi! It's Friday and your news roundup is coming in late today. It's the internet, don't worry about it. (Sorry.) I'm trying a new, categorized format this time, so I hope you like that. We've got weekend advice, interesting science, an update on DACA, some really interesting development news and more.

Immigration update:

Rep. Mike Coffman, the Republican representing Aurora and other points east, took another step in what looks like a pivot from hardliner to immigration reform advocate: He's a co-sponsor of a bill to protect DACA recipients, the young and undocumented immigrants we profiled earlier this week. Denver Art Museum is going to unveil its renovation plans in a new exhibit, and you can get a little preview here.

Development news:

A building over Cherry Creek: This new project would put big buildings on either side of Cherry Creek near LoDo, and a "narrow connecting structure" containing a bar and living room over the creek itself. The project could include 275 hotel rooms, 30 condos, retail space and underground parking.(DenverInfill)
