EARLIER: RTD tweeted that the W Line is experiencing delays this morning:
Their site elaborates: "Both directions of the W Line are experiencing 10-15 minute delays due to power loss around the Federal Center area. We will send updates as we get them."
Transit delays -- like today's nasty weather -- started a little farther out and have been moving in.
