If you're in the mood to learn something new this weekend, join Denver film critic Walter Chaw for a Saturday matinee and virtual discussion of The 1940 classic "His Girl Friday." Or, have a socially distant, citywide adventure to learn about democracy with History Colorado. Part mystery and part part scavenger hunt, the quest to find "The Lost Book of Astrid Lee" kicks off this this weekend.

Stay home for happy hour on Friday and stream a mini concert by Denver musician Midwife, organized by the Denver Public Library. Or, head out for a socially distanced comedy show at Comedy Works Denver and the Denver Comedy Lounge this weekend.
