Our original story follows below.
Tuesday marks the U.S.' 247th birthday, meaning that across the country, folks will be coming together to celebrate the red, white and blue as fireworks light up the night sky.
But the celebrations start early in Denver.
On Monday night, the city is hosting its annual Independence Eve celebration at Civic Center Park. And two neighborhood parades are scheduled for Tuesday. Do keep in mind that the weather may require an umbrella tomorrow.
