The NBA season is quietly approaching.

The Denver Nuggets' training camp kicks off Sept. 27 in Omaha, Nebraska, and their Oct. 26 season opener against the New Orleans Pelicans is a month and change away.

In the meantime, players are trying to stay in shape. And what better way to burn some calories than water aerobics?

Nuggets strength coach Steve Hess posted a video of several members of the team doing your granny's favorite exercise activity Friday morning.

You can spot 6-foot-10 center Nikola Jokic on the right, and power forward Kenneth Faried shows up toward the end of the video.

Looks fun.
